Troubleshooting:

 

If you have trouble logging on, disconnect the router (located on top of the cabinet beneath the flat screen TV in the main room).

The router is a white square EERO device.  

Unplug it at its back, count to 20 and re-connect.  

This usually solves the problem.

 

If service is interrupted, try calling Optimum to confirm.
